The history of this art Deco building, designed by Henry Hohauser, and its relationship with the rest of Miami Beach was the inspiration, when ideating the design.
Traditional Caribbean materials have been combined in a minimalist style, with Indinesian elements and Mediterranean twists, throughout the enclave of 16 cottages, plus a beach Launge and a Restaurant.
